Exclamation pre-typed TEXT in the post-new.php

hi,

i want to have post-new.php like this, a pre-typed HTML texts in the editor. is it possible to make that? i really find it difficult as my knowledge in php programming is down to 0, and there were only php functions on the post-new.php.

i found the 'Rich Text Editor' and 'HTML Editor' in wp-includes/formatting.php. so, i think it's formatting.php to be edited for that, but only then, when i can make a function of my own... so here it is, i wanna make a function that got pre-typed HTML texts, eg., a table. then, i wanna apply that function to the formatting.php

pls help me guys! i desperately need it..
